Start with the form
The form below is the way to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, either with a few questions or with a first draft that names the hotels. Here is what to include so that first reply is useful.

How to reach us
Send the form at the bottom of this page, or on any other page of the site; they all reach the same place. The five fields in the main part are enough to start: what kind of trip, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are travelling. The optional section lets you add more.
We reply by email to the address you give. If you would rather talk, tick the call-back box in the optional section and add a number with its country code. Check your spam folder if you have not heard from us; replies to a new address sometimes land there.
What makes the first reply useful
A first message does not need to be long. These details, if you have them, let us skip the questions and send a draft:
- Dates or a month, and whether they can move by a few days. Some regional flights run only three days a week, so flexibility changes the route.
- Who is travelling: adults, children and their ages, anyone who needs a separate room.
- A hotel you already want, if there is one. We build around it.
- A room level: entry rooms, suites or pool villas, or a mix. "Advise me" is a fine answer.
- What would spoil the trip: a dislike of boats or early flights, mobility limits, dietary needs.
- Where you fly from, so the route starts and ends where your international flights work.
If you have none of these yet, send what you have. A month and a number of travellers is enough to begin.
Good first messages
Some examples of messages that let us reply with a draft straight away:
- "Two of us, the second half of February, about two weeks. We want to stay at a beach resort near Hoi An for at least four nights. Suites if the price makes sense, otherwise entry rooms. Flying from London."
- "Family of four, children 10 and 13, late July, ten days, Vietnam only. One pool villa at the beach; the cities can be simpler."
- "Just Angkor and Luang Prabang, nine or ten days in January. We would like the hotel in the valley outside Luang Prabang. Dates can move by two or three days."
What happens next
- We read your message and check the hotels and flights your dates need.
- If something is unclear, we reply with questions first, by email.
- We send a draft route: each stay, its hotel, its room category and its nights, with the price per trip.
- You change what you want; each version is priced again in full.
- When you are ready, we check availability and hold what the hotels allow.
The how to book page covers confirmation and payment, and the pricing page explains how a quote is built.
Payment safety and your data
Do not send card details by email. How to pay, and how to check that a payment request is really from us, is set out on your written quotation. What the form collects and how it is used is set out in the privacy policy.
If a message asks you to pay to an account that is not shown on your written quotation, do not pay. Send the form and ask us.
Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
Is there a phone number or an office to visit?
Not on this site at present. Send the form; if you prefer to talk, tick the call-back box and add a number.
Do you answer general travel questions?
Yes, if they relate to a trip you are planning. The destination pages and the when-to-go page answer the most common ones.
Can I send a list of hotels I am considering?
Yes. Put them in the notes field. We will say which fit your dates and route, and why.
